Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by an adequacy decision (case of Israel).

4. Intellectual property

The source code, the design, and the contents produced by Familink are the exclusive property of the operator. Photos and texts sent by users remain their property — Familink only hosts and prints them on behalf of the family concerned.

5. Limitation of liability

Familink provides an as-is service (monthly printed gazette service). We are committed to the quality of the service but cannot be held responsible for:

contributed content from family members (photos, messages);
postal delivery delays attributable to La Poste / Israel Post;
service interruptions related to our technical subcontractors.

6. Governing law

This notice and the Terms are subject to French law for users residing in France, and to Israeli law for users residing in Israel. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first via support@familink.co.il.
