Terms of Service

1. Purpose
Familink is an online and mobile service allowing families to compose and receive a monthly printed family gazette. These Terms govern the use of the service.
2. User account
Registration is free. To create a family, a paid subscription is required after a free 7-day trial (no commitment, cancellable at any time).
3. Subscription and billing
- Payment by credit card via Nedarim Plus, charged monthly based on your usage.
- Monthly billing, automatic renewal.
- Cancellation: from your web profile or by email to support@familink.co.il.
- No refund for the current period, except in legal cases (billing error, non-delivery of service).
4. User content
You remain the owner of the photos and texts you contribute. You grant us a non-exclusive license strictly limited to the use necessary to provide the service (composition, printing, delivery of the gazette).
You warrant that you have the rights to the uploaded content and that it complies with applicable law (no illegal, hateful content, or content infringing on third-party privacy).
5. Print delivery
Gazettes are printed and shipped by our local Israeli printer. Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days in Israel, 10-14 days internationally.
6. Limitation of liability
Familink is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months.
7. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified to you by email and in the application with 30 days' notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute related to the service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jerusalem.
